A Little About Healing House Herbs (formerly Natural Selection Apothecary)
Natural Selection Apothecary’s website now presents the business as Healing House Herbs. Its Manteo location offers small-batch tinctures, teas, syrups, salves, and botanical skin care, with herbs grown or prepared in North Carolina. The upstairs space operates by arrangement rather than fixed retail hours; text the owner to plan an in-person shopping visit.
